One 14 karat white gold pendant designed by Johnny Vinay, set with a 5.07 carats square cushion tanzanite, blue violet exceptional (45%/55%) color, SI1 clarity, cut grade excellent, measuring 9.8 mm wide, 9.8 mm long, 7 mm deep; with excellent polish and excellent symmetry. The proportions of the tanzanite are as follows: total depth 71.4%, table width 45.9%. The overall quality rating of this tanzanite is 942 out of 1000. Excellent brilliance from the high quality cut by Steve Moriarty. Tanzanite is color enhanced by heating. Tanzanite displays some red flash. Accenting the tanzanite are sixteen 2.5 millimeter round brilliant demantoid garnets from Madagascar with a total weight of 1.18 carats. Pendant weighs 5.79 grams.
